Provides FCRA and state compliant criminal searches at the state level. There are different statewide repositories and databases available, depending on the state.
Civil Court Search
Searches provide plaintiff suits against your applicant possibly including sexual harassment suits and are typically run for higher level positions. These searches may provide additional delays because identifiers are harder to obtain.
